Reservations
 
Reservations:
- On the client’s request, we will supply a detailed written estimate of the program with a detailed list of prices, including arranged dates and services.
- To send the estimate, we need you to fill in the form: Estimate Form
- The price given is valid for one week, at the end of this period the availability of the trophies and the dates should be confirmed again.
- For the reservation of a hunt program it is necessary that the hunter accepts the  Hunter's responsibilities and the Internal regulations.

Acceptance and confirmation
 
Acceptance and confirmation of the program:
- After the budget is accepted by the client, we will need the documentation to send the invitation letter and process the hunting license and the hunting insurance.
- The paperwork begins when we receive the first payment of the reservation by bank transfer. We will need a copy of the bank transfer confirmation.
- It is necessary to have all the documentation in advance, one month before the hunt starts.
- The necessary documentation of the hunter is:
       - Passport or ID, firearms license, hunting license.
       - Of Non European-Union Citizens: Shekel Visa
- The necessary documentation of the firearm is:    
       - European firearm guide.
       - Of Non-European-Union Citizens: Spanish embassy permission.

Booking and payments
 
Booking and payment:
- The payment of the program and the trophies should be made in euro currency.
- Until 25% advance of the estimate is paid:
         - The prices can change.
         - The reservations of the program, dates and trophies can not be confirmed.
- The payments of the estimate are:
         - 25%: In advance by bank transfer.
         - 25%: One month before the hunt starts by bank transfer.
         - 25%: One week before the hunt starts by bank transfer.
         - 25%: In cash before the hunt.
- The other concepts not included in the estimate will be paid in cash after the hunt.

Value Added Tax - VAT
 
Value Added Tax (VAT):
- The prices on the website do not include taxes (VAT).
- The prices wil be increased by the tax only:
         - For Spanish companies and citizens.
         - For people with Spanish fiscal identification.

Cancellation policy
 
Cancellation Policy:
- No deposits will be refunded:
   - If client cancels the hunt within one month of contracted starting date.
   - If client does not go to the meeting point and on the scheduled date.
- The program cancelled more than one month prior to the starting date of the hunt:
   - 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
   - The other 50% will not be refunded, but can be applied to a future hunt on an available date within the same season.

Hunter's responsibilities
 
 Hunter's responsibilities:
- To submit the required documents in sufficient time for the processing of permisions and invitations.
- Provide personal documentation and firearms documentation with their corresponding permits and guides.
- Compliance with current legislation.
- Compliance with the norms of the estate.
- Recognize the assigned staff as the authority in the field of hunting and respect their decisions.
- Payment for any services which require payment.
- Notify about any personal limitations which need special consideration and be responsible for such.
- Avoid all situations which could cause danger to oneself or another person.
- Notify the management at once of any incident.
- Behave responsibly and ethically.
- Provide true information and facts.
- Not knowing the norms and legislation does not exempt you from complying or any misadventure which may occur.
- Make the reservations according to the protocol and facilitate the required true information.
- Observations: In the case of failure to comply with any of the responsibilities of the hunter or the companions, the contracted program will be cancelled with no rights to refund or claims and with the obligation to pay for services rendered.

Internal regulations
 

Internal regulations:

- The Organizers reserve the right to:

   - Refuse admission.

   - Refuse to provide a service or to modify the program in the case of unforeseen circumstances, availability or unnecessary risk.

   - Compile photographs for hunt journals and use them to promote the estate, unless otherwise indicated by the hunter.

- The Organizers will NOT be held responsible for:

   - Lost, personal accidents, damage to private vehicles, baggage or repatriation. We strongly advise that the hunter has a private insurance.

   - Accidents and their consequences which occur during the hunt, including those which may be caused by animals, internal displacements or the manipulation and use of firearms.

   - Actions, omissions and consequences which occur, to the hunter, the companions or any participants of the hunt.

   - Delays or cancellations of flights which affect the start or the end of the program.

   - Refusal of authorization of the Spanish embassy or border controls when entering Spanish territory. This applies to the hunter, firearms and companions.

   - Parallel activities before or after the contracted program.

   For European Union Citizens:
       It is necessary to have the European arms guide.
   For NON- European Union Citizens:
       It is necessary to do all the formalities with the embassy in advance.

  • Do not  forget to bring the documentation with you:

The passport or ID, documentation of the firearm, the hunting licence, the hunting insurance and the invitation letter.

  • The transport of your firearms:
Do not keep any ammunition inside the firearm.
The firearm has to be in the firearm case.
  • While hunting:

Behave responsibly, safely and ethically.

Shoot only when you see the game.

Do not shoot if you are not sure that you are shooting the game.

Watch out while shooting, the trajectory should be safe. Avoid bouncing off of the bullet.

  • In monteria and ojeo:

The hunt begins once you are in your post and ends when the guide picks you up.

NEVER leave your place during the hunt.
  • After the hunting
Do not keep any ammunition inside the firearm.
The firearm has to be in the firearm case.

Trophies requested
 
(*) Trophy Fees - Big Game in Spain:
 
  • We need a detailed level of trophies requested.
  • For representative and bronze trophies it is necessary one or two hunting days.
  • For silver and gold trophies it is necessary to confirm availability and one or more an extra days of hunting.
  • The hunter will be informed about the approximate level of the trophy before shooting.
  • In the same program we can combine different trophies depending on the season, availability, dates and locations.
  • Unlimited number of shots as long as there is no blood.
  • The hunter will have to pay 100% of the kill fee:
  • If there is blood, the hunt is finished and the game is tracked.

  • If the hunt is finished and there have been shots.
  • After the animal has been brought down it is measured in the field, using the CCI system, by the authorized warden. The resulting score may not be appealed.

 3/ Shekel Visa Should be applied for at the Spanish Embassy or Consul in the country of origin of the client.
  This only applies to hunters from countries outside the European Union.
  Necessary when applying: passport, invitation, hunting permission, hunting insurance and firearms' documentation.
  Copies should be sent well in advance
   
 4/ Firearm licence Must be valid and a copy sent well in advance.
   
 5/ European arms guide Must be valid and a copy sent well in advance.
   
 6/ Spanish embassy permission This is the Spanish authorities agreement for hunting guns to be brought into Spain.
  Maximum 3 guns.
  The permission 'Letter-Certificate' should be requested from the Spanish Embassy or Consulate in the country of origin of the client about 2-3 months before the hunt  .

  Necessary when requesting 'Letter-Certificate' from the Consulate:
      Your personal data,
      The firearm information
      Dates of your hunt, as well as locations (Personalized invitation).
      A notarized copy of your passport
      A notarized copy of a current hunting license you may have from your Country to prove that you are able to hunt in your own Country.
  With all this information, they will send you the Letter-Certificate, written in Spanish, which you must bring with you.
  With this document, once you arrive to Spain, we go with you to the Firearms Registration, and the Spanish police gives you a special authorization that allows you to use a rifle in Spain
  A copy must be sent well in advance.
   
 7/ Firearms taxes We will deal with this once we have the client’s documentation.
  There is a charge for the verification of firearms at the police control, when entering and leaving Spanish territory.
   
 8/ Personalized invitation We will deal with this once we have the client’s documentation.
  It will be sent to the client once the reservation payment and a copy of the passport or identity card has been received.
   
 9/ Hunting licence We will deal with this once we have the client’s documentation.
  It will be sent to the client once the reservation payment and a copy of the passport or identity card has been received.
   
10/ Hunting insurance We will deal with this once we have the client’s documentation.
  It will be sent to the client once the reservation payment and a copy of the passport or identity card has been received.
   
Observations: All firearms must travel in closed, hard boxes.
  The ammunition must travel in closed, solid boxes and be separated from other luggage and firearms.
 

All the documentation presented at the Spanish police controls must be original.

  Upon entering and leaving with the firearms in Spanish territory a tax must be paid. We will be responsible for the filling in the forms and making the payments.
  Upon arrival at a Spanish airport: The firearms will be collected from the police control previous to the presentation and verification of the documentation.
  Upon leaving the Spanish airport: The arms must be given in at the police control for the verification of documentation and boarding.
